Necronomical Custom Plushies was started up several months back when Nekky discovered the custom UFO plush scene through the UFO Plush boards. She found a pattern, and she HAD A DREAM. Well, not really. More like she saw a new creative pursuit that she really wanted to give a whirl. Since Nekky can't use a sewing machine to save her life, and God help her if she was going to hand-sew them together, she went to her trusty and beloved mother, who is the coolest mother ever according to her friend.
Since Sardonyx had a bit of sewing experience (Nekky fondly remembers hand-made Halloween costumes) and a sewing machine, they talked it over, and decided to give it a go. The crappiest Pein plushie ever was born. The next plushies got better and better, until Sardonyx and Nekky thought, hey, why don't we do commissions? We rock.
And that's where they are today.

Necronomical Custom Plushies is a joint operation between mother and daughter.
Nekky is primarily in charge of the creative process and the little details. She does the painting and fashions the hair, she crafts plushie shoes and accessories, she picks out fabric, matches colors, and makes patterns. She's also the front of the business; Nekky's the one taking the orders and dealing with customers.
Sardonyx is the spine of the entire business. She does the sewing. There would be no plushies without her. She also, however, helps with the creative process by coming up with ideas, new things to try, picking out fabric, puzzling out how to make a certain prop with the available materials. She also does most of the advertising.
